Set-up
What was migrated, what needed cleaning and how much work remained after the account was ready.

For ten licensed home boarders in England. We migrate your spreadsheet and work alongside you for 30 days. The pilot costs nothing; afterwards it is £150 a year, fixed for two years.
England first; Wales is a later launch. Kennels running units can join the waitlist below — that plan is not for sale yet. See the pricing page for the planned offer.
Not a licensed home boarder in England, or happy to set up on your own? Start free instead — 14 days, no card.
We create your account with you and migrate your spreadsheet — clients, dogs, contacts and upcoming bookings.
Run real bookings for 30 days with us alongside. We check in, remove friction and see how the register fills from daily work.
Bookings, dog and client records, care logs, consents and the live statutory register from day one.
Speak directly with the people building DogBoarder. What you tell us shapes the next release.
Client payments go directly to your own Stripe account. We charge the subscription, not commission.
Cancel without notice and export everything at any time. Your records remain readable even if you stop paying.
£150 / year
The pilot costs nothing. Afterwards the Licensed plan is £150 a year, protected for two years. Cancel in the app without notice; your records remain readable and exportable, and we retain them for the statutory three-year minimum. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
DogBoarder is at the founding-pilot stage, so we do not yet have customer testimonials to manufacture. We will publish what the pilot demonstrates, with each boarder's permission.

Which bookings and care records moved into one place, and where a notebook was still needed.
Whether the statutory register and inspection pack could be produced from those records.
Any quote, inspection result or before-and-after story will be approved by the boarder before publication. A licensing or star-rating decision belongs to the local authority, not DogBoarder.
Vacancy posts for Instagram and FacebookTurn a newly free boarding or day-care slot into a ready-made post to share from your phone.
More North West council coverageAdd Liverpool City Region, Lancashire and Cumbria authorities with review dates.
Reminder controls and delivery historyLet each business choose reminder timing and see exactly what was sent and when.
Richer owner updatesMultiple photos per update, simple owner replies and an end-of-stay summary.
Care plans and medication schedulesPer-dog care plans with recurring dose times and exercise targets, feeding the missed-dose and welfare flags that already run on the Care page.
Use it for the bookings you would otherwise put on the whiteboard, not a sandbox or last year’s diary.
Tell us where you still reach for a notebook, what your inspector asks for and which task takes too many taps.
With your approval, we would like to document one anonymised before-and-after outcome. You see it before anyone else does.
DogBoarder organises your records and helps you see what is missing. It is decision support, not legal advice, and it cannot guarantee any licensing outcome — your licence and your star rating are decided by your local authority, and the pilot does not change that.
A few lines is plenty. We read every application ourselves and reply by email; if there are more than ten of you, we will say who is next and when.
